I’ll guide you through 1:1 coaching — including video feedback — and create customized training plans tailored to your progress in the water.

Laufcampus

You want to improve your running form, prepare for a race, or finally start jogging — even if you're a beginner or carrying extra weight? My running courses are the perfect way to get moving, with expert guidance from a certified Laufcampus coach. 

Performance Diagnostics

Your performance — in sports and everyday life — can be measured: VO₂max, lactate threshold, basal metabolic rate. I don’t just know these metrics, I test them using Lactate Scout and Calibre Biometrics and tailor your training precisely to your results.
