My Journey Begins
From a young age, I recognized that while losing myself in computer screens, games, and books could build a vivid dream world, it wouldn’t lead to the outcomes I truly desired. My parents, always active even if not athletic superstars, encouraged me to shift my habits. Convincing them—and myself—that a true transformation was possible wasn’t easy, but it ignited my journey of perseverance: the commitment to press forward despite obstacles, delays, or setbacks.

Joining the German Armed Forces as a cadet for an officer career was a turning point. In that rigorous environment, I learned to overcome my own limitations and embrace hardship without complaint. It was here that I first mastered the art of goal setting, motivation, and leadership—foundations that continue to guide me today.
Academic and Athletic Growth
University presented its own challenges. Rigorous exams and the hard-earned pursuit of knowledge taught me that success isn’t handed to you—it’s earned through perseverance and determination. Graduating in the top 1% of my class, I also dipped my toes into sports like Ju-Jutsu and college football, laying the groundwork for a life of athletic and personal growth.
Corporate Life and Performance
Over the next 20+ years in the corporate world, working in HR services and solutions, I learned the nuances of resource management, team leadership, and organizational restructuring. To balance the demands of a busy career, I embraced performance-driven sports such as middle-distance triathlons, obstacle course racing, and HYROX events.
